Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation within 30 days shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the ADR Institute of Ontario. The seat of arbitration shall be Toronto, Ontario.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

HealPath Global's failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or any subsequent breach.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with HealPath Global's Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HealPath Global with respect to your use of the Website. For patients who execute a Patient Service Agreement, the Service Agreement takes precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict.

Changes to These Terms

HealPath Global may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
